Iris Siberian Bridal Jig The Siberian Iris Bridal Jig, 'Iris', displays elegant white; yellow at the center of the petals. They are graceful when established in broad drifts in an open area. Siberian Iris are elegant, easy to grow, and make stunning cut flowers. This iris is best grown in a humus soil. Use to prevent erosion on difficult banks or provide handsome vertical accents in the border. Originally available only in violet purple, we now offer many other colors which have the same fine naturalizing habits. One of the most easily grown Iris, it originated from Northern Asia, and does well in all types of weather conditions.
Peony Tree Shimane Island Collection The Shimane Island Tree Peony Collection, 'Paeonia', contains 3 plants, 1 each of High Noon, Koukamon, & Shima-nishiki. We're not sure what the penalty was for infringing this law, but it can't have been very pleasant. Fortunately for us, tree peonies are now slightly more available. There are very few plants that can compete with a tree peony in full bloom. They flower from late April to early May but the flowering season does vary from year to year. A mature plant can have in excess of a hundred flowers and these can be 10" or more across! The flowers range in color from maroon, crimson, scarlet, various shades of pink, to pure white.
Crocosmia Lucifer The flowers are very showy, and they make great cut flowers. The Crocosmia is also commonly known as Monbretia. Crocosmias are clump forming and bloom best in crowded conditions. The Crocosmia Lucifer, 'Crocosmia x crocosmiiflora', a spring planted corm, produces beautiful red flowers. This plant has attractive foliage.
Daylily Stella De Oro ‘Stella de Oro’ will bloom from May through July, with outstanding color and a definite re-bloomer, more than any in its family. With dark green foliage, this daylily will reach a height of 12” and a plant spread of 12-24”. It has been named Perennial of the Year. 5”. Use for cut flowers, massing, edging, borders or in mixed containers and tubs.
Gladiolus Blue Isle In frost prone areas, dig them when the leaves turn yellow, dip them in a fungicide, and store in a dry frost free location over winter. Increase water and fertility when flowers begin to develop, then plant 4" deep in clay soils, 6" deep in others; the deeper the planting the less need for staking. Glads are easy to grow and like to be in full sun and in well drained soil. The Blue Isle, 'Gladiolus Blue Isle', a spring planted corm, exhibits magnificent dark blue flowers with a light blue heart. Gladiolas are also commonly called Sword Lily or Corn Flag.
Crocosmia Emily Mckenzie The Crocosmia Emily McKenzie, 'Crocosmia x crocosmiiflora emily mckenzie', a spring planted corm, produces beautiful orange flowers with red centers. The flowers are very showy, and they make great cut flowers. The Crocosmia is also commonly known as Monbretia. Crocosmias are clump forming and bloom best in crowded conditions. This plant has attractive foliage. Hummingbirds flock to their blooms.

Gladiolus Cheops The Gladiolus Cheops, 'Gladioli', a spring planted corm, exhibits magnificent white flowers with a pink blush on tall stalks. To extend the time of flower availability of your Glads, plant in two week intervals from early spring through June. They make striking accents in a mixed border.
