Hardy in zone 10; elsewhere dig and store before frost. This collection includes two bulbs of each of the five cultivars we offer; orange, white, pink, yellow, and red. Use bloom boosting fertilizer to encourage multiple big camellia-like blooms. The Camellia Begonia Collection , 'Begonia', brightens up the shady areas in the garden and around the house with beautiful, colorful Camellia Begonias. Jumbo-size bulbs, 2" in diameter. Pinch off side buds to produce large blooms up to 6" across! Start bulbs early indoors, Feb-April, and move them outdoors after last frost. Plenty of water is essential to keep begonias from wilting, but too much water will quickly rot the roots.
