Bellflower - Blue Waterfall
The Bellflower Blue Waterfall, 'Campanula poscharskyana', a Blooms of Bressingham plaant, has a wonderful deep blue flower with dark green foliage. This ground cover is best used in rock gardens, as an edging or in tubs and pots. ‘Blue Waterfall’ blooms from early summer to late spring and will sometimes repeat flowering in autumn. It has a plant height of 6-8” and a spread of 18-24”. ‘Blue Waterfall' should be planted in full sun, but will tolerate morning shade and will do well in all types of soil. Red Dragon With its superb, variegated maroon leaves with burgundy heart shaped centers and a white chevron, it has a plant height of 2’ and a spread of 18-23”. The flowers are white and bloom in June and July, but this plant is more noted for its foliage. ‘Red Dragon’ should be planted in a full sun area but can tolerate some afternoon shade. ‘Red Dragon’ will look great in any perennial garden, in mixed container, woodland edge or near ponds and streams. |
