The Calla Lilly makes an excellent cut flower and are great container plants. The CallaforniaŽ Calla Lily Peach Chiffon, 'Zantedeschia', a spring planted tuber, produces wonderful yellow flowers with red edges. The Calla Lily has sword-shaped leaves which are formed at the end of celery-like stalks. The flower is trumpet like in form and has a waxy texture. Geranium - Southcombe Double They are perfect in the perennial border and work well as a ground cover too. Geraniums are grown in almost any soil as long as it is not wet.
