The Coneflower Sundown, Echinacea Big Sky™ 'Sundown' (PPAF), is another hybrid coneflower in the Big Sky™ series. It produces beautiful orange, very fragrant, daisy-like flowers. The Sundown blooms from June to September and is a major attractor to butterflies and bees and is a must for any perennial gardens. The pretty flowers occur on long dark green stems with dark green foilage. For best results, plant in full sun in a well drained area. Cone Flowers are known for their large flower heads that turn to seed in the fall. A great choice for cut flowers, adding a wilderness look to your garden, it is a definite must. Aster - Alma Potschke The Aster ‘Alma Potschke’, Aster novae-angliae, displays a beautiful bright neon rose pink daisy-like flower that are about quarter-sized. ‘Alma Potschke’ is very attractive with a plant width of 34-40” and a height of 18-24”. It is a major attractor to butterflies and bees. It is also perfect for flowerbeds, shrub beds or colorful containers. Aster ‘Alma Potschke’ makes an excellent container plant or front of the garden feature and looks great with ornamental grasses.
