Hosta - Liberty Hosta’s provide bright color in shade with wonderful foliage and Liberty is no exception. Liberty needs to be planted in a full shade area in any moist, well-drained spot. The lavender flowers of this fast growing hosta bloom in late summer, however, hosta’s are not known for their flowers.
