The Coreopsis Double Sunburst, 'Coreopsis lanceolata', is very easy to grow and it has a long blooming period. Coreopsis are quick to come up, early to bloom, and "free flowering", meaning they bloom until first frost. They are relatively drought tolerant and it is a great plant for the wildflower patch.
