These dahlias do well in both sun and part shade. They are hardy in zones 8-10; elsewhere dig and store in a frost-free area. The flowers are about 4" in diameter and they grow to 15" tall. The Border Dahlia Collection, 'Dahlia Mixed', contains the following three varieties; 'Berliner Kleene', 'Margareth Kleene' and 'Blusette'.
