Daisy - Goldrush

The Shasta Daisy Goldrush, Leucanthemum superbum ‘Goldrush’, is one of the longest blooming daisies in the Leucanthemum family. It is the only short shasta daisy with a unique double fringed flower. Almost all other varieties are at least 6 inches taller. Goldrush has bright, large, white beautiful flowers held above its dark green foliage. Goldrush blooms from July to October, and if deadheaded, the blooming time will be extended. Combine Goldrush with Veronica “Royal Candles”, Perovskia ‘Russian Sage’ or Scabiosa “Butterfly Blue”. It also is great for formal and informal gardens, as cut flowers, in mass plantings or in the perennial border. Brunnera - Looking Glass The Brunnera 'Looking Glass', Brunnera macrophylla 'Looking Glass' (PPAF), is a showstopper with it's shiny silvery foilage topped in spring with beautiful blue flowers. Looking Glass requires either full or part shade and produces it's georgeous blooms in early spring to summer. In the north, morning sun is tolerated and in the south, dense shade is necessary. Looking Glass is a great perennial to brighten up shady areas and will look great with any shade plant on the market today. It does require consistently moist soil and it does not need a lot of care, being a sure garden pleaser.
