Although the blooms will last only for one day, there are many blooms on strong stems that rise above tall grassy foliage, (remove in late fall). ‘Pandora’s Box’ will bloom from May through July, with outstanding color and it is a definite reblommer. ‘Pandora’s Box’ is considered to be pest and deer resistant. The Daylily Pandora's Box, 'Hemerocallis ‘Pandora’s Box’, has very fragrant lightly ruffled, white petals with a purple throat and a flower size of 4”. With dark green foliage, this daylily will reach a height of 24-26” and a plant spread of 36”. ‘Pandora’s Box’ prefers a full sun area that is well-drained. Diascia - Hannah Rose It is an excellent selection with pinkish red flowers similar to 'Red Ace', but a much more behaved, less aggressive growth habit. Today's generation of Diascias have been noted for their resistance to heat and humidity and selected for long-blooming abilities. The Diascia 'Hannah Rose', is one of the stars of the new series of Diascia. It fills smaller pots to perfection. The new varieties flower well into the summer even in the deep South, and throughout the entire summer in most parts of the country. 'Hannah Rose' has a low growing, trailing habit, making it suitable for hanging baskets, landscape beds, and patio planters.
