5”. ‘Stella de Oro’ prefers a full sun area that is well-drained. ‘Stella de Oro’ is considered to be pest and deer resistant. ‘Stella de Oro’ will bloom from May through July, with outstanding color and a definite re-bloomer, more than any in its family. Use for cut flowers, massing, edging, borders or in mixed containers and tubs. With dark green foliage, this daylily will reach a height of 12” and a plant spread of 12-24”. The Hemerocallis ‘Stella de Oro’, also known as a Daylily, has a very fragrant dark yellow flower with a size of 2. Although the blooms will last only for one day, there are many blooms on strong stems that rise above tall grassy foliage, (remove in late fall). Geranium - Southcombe Double Geraniums are grown in almost any soil as long as it is not wet. They do best in sun, but will tolerate some degree of shade. The Geranium Southcombe Double, 'Geranium oxonianum', displays fully double, pure pink blooms that sit atop bright green stems. They are perfect in the perennial border and work well as a ground cover too. For the most part, cranesbill are long-lived and do not require a lot of care. This plant would look wonderful in a pot on a sun-drenched porch and is also deer resistant. Southcombe Double blooms almost non-stop throughout the summer, into fall. There are only a few double-geraniums in cultivation and don't look like a Geranium at first glance.
