Gaura - Siskiyou Pink

The Gaura 'Siskiyou Pink', Gaura lindheimeri, has numerous butterfly-shapes maroon flowers opening to reddish pink flowers that bloom from last spring to early summer. With a plant height of 24” and a width of 24-36”, it is definite addition to any perennial garden. ‘Siskiyou Pink’ Gaura requires full sun in a well-drained area with average to rich soil and is very drought tolerant. A major attraction to butterflies, it continues to bloom through the first hard frosts of autumn into winter. ‘Siskiyou Pink’ Gaura looks great on a rocky ledge, near bricks and stones, near Sedum 'Autumn Joy' or small dahlias.
