Hosta - Francee
With a plant height of 18” and a spread of 36-48”, Hosta’s provide bright color in shade with wonderful foliage. This low care perennial is ideal for shady positions, tubs and patio pots, and one of the most popular for landscape uses. The lavender flowers bloom from July to August, however, Hosta’s are not known only for their flowers. The Hosta ‘Francee’, Hosta fortunei, has heart-shaped dark green leaves with narrow yellow changing to white margins. A great choice for any beginner gardener. Coral Bells - Lime Rickey Use this coral bells as a ground cover, in rock gardens, as a border plant or as an edger along paths and walkways. For best results, Lime Rickey should be planted in full sun in the north, but generally prefers full shade in the south. Lime Rickey should not be left out of any shade perennial garden. The Coral Bells Lime Rickey, Heuchera 'Lime Rickey' (PP16,210), has outstanding chartreuse leaves that produce an abundance of small white flowers.
