Hummingbird Haven

Soil must be kept moist while the seeds are germinating and beginning to grow. In cool climates plant in the spring, 1 to 2 weeks after the last average frost date. Bok Choy - White Stem The succulent leaves have a mild Swiss chard mustard flavor and are very tender and tasty. They are great in salads when the leaves are young. White Stems are also called White Mustard Cabbage or Pak Choy. In mild climates, plant in late fall for winter harvest. Harvest the heads after 8 weeks, or when the yellow flowers emerge from the center. |
