They do not need to have their dead flower heads removed to continue flowering and they are not leggy. The Mini Bright Pink Petunia has beautiful bright pink flowers. They will provide long-term color in full sun areas throughout the season, and can grow nearly an inch a day. For zones 9-11, this plant can also be a perennial.
