Phlox - Junior Bouquet®

As a definite addition to any perennial garden, it attracts butterflies and provides a mainstay of summer color. It is one the Phlox Junior series that contain mildew resistant plants. Junior Bouquet® needs to be planted in a full sun area in well-drained soil. Use Junior Bouquet® in rock gardens, as a border or in a cut flower garden. The Phlox Junior Bouquet®, Phlox paniculata 'Junior Bouquet®' (PP18,685), has striking pink flowers with a dark pink eye on a compact free-branching habit. Columbine - Black Barlow The Columbine Black Barlow, 'Aquilegia vulgaris 'Black Barlow', is a beautiful, easy to grow spring blooming perennial.   Columbine is a profuse self-seeder so it should be planted 16” apart. The green foliage adds texture and color in the fall to any of your perennial beds. Enjoy this popular flower in your garden or as a cut flower. The exquisite pleated flowers are extremely dark purple, almost black. With a height of 32" and a plant spread of 14-16”, you won’t want to miss this. However, ‘Black Barlow’ has bloomed in some gardens until mid-August. ‘Black Barlow’ should be planted in full sun to partial shade in fertile, moist well-drained soil.
