Phlox - Junior Dream

Junior Dream® needs to be planted in a full sun area in well-drained soil. Blooming all summer long, it has a plant height of 18-22”. Use Junior Dream® in rock gardens, as a border or in a cut flower garden. The Phlox Junior Dream, Phlox paniculata 'Junior Dream' (PPAF), has fragrant purple flowers with a darker colored eye on short stems. As a definite addition to any perennial garden, it attracts butterflies and provides a mainstay of summer color. It is one the Phlox Junior series that contain mildew resistant plants. Dianthus - Rosie Cheeks Dianthus will bloom from mid summer to early fall. In order for a longer bloom time, deadhead the blooms continuously throughout the summer. Dianthus needs a sunny site with well-drained soil, but will tolerate some shade in the afternoon and humidity. These fragrant, spicy dove like flowers look wonderful as a border plant, rock gardens, along walks or paths, for edging and a definite in cottage gardens.
