Salvia - Pink Friesland

It has a plant height of 18” and a spread of 12-15” and stays in excellent compact form. The Salvia Pink Friesland, Salvia nemorosa ‘Pink Friesland’, may just challenge it's cousin, East Friesland, as one of the best perennials of all time. To increase bloom time, it should be cut back after the first bloom. Pink Friesland is a magnet for butterflies, bees and hummingbirds and is deer-resistant. After the flowers fade little seed pods appear making this a truly unique variety. Pink Friesland should be planted in full sun in a moist well-drained area.
