Spirea - First Editions™ Firegold™
Grows 4-6 feet tall and 5-7 feet wide. It is among the easiest flowering shrubs to grow since it tolerates many soils except extremely wet; requires full sun for best blooms. The color is at its most brilliant in full sun. Firegold is creating a buzz because of its one-of-a-kind look and performance. With its golden leaves, Firegold makes a standout hedge or a stand-alone specimen. New growth is soft yellow changing to lemon, and finally to lime-green. First Editions™ Firegold™ Spirea, spiraea x vanhouttei 'Levgold' (PPAF), stands out because of its brilliant lemon-lime foliage. White flowers appear in spring along gracefully arching branches. ... details
