Squash - Summer - Early Crookneck
Squash are most tender and flavorful when young. This compact plant produces lots of squash. Harvest as soon as squash reaches at least 1 inch in length and up to 4 to 7 inches in length. Squash prefers well drained, rich soil with lots of organic matter. This summer squash has a smooth light yellow skin with white flesh. The Early Yellow Crookneck is a versatile vegetable.
